Updated to 5 stars…Within hours of my initial post, I received a response and the matter has been resolved. Thank you. Tues. - Great initial call with rep. They said they'd reach out to Mom's physician and urged me to do the same to expedite the referral. I did as suggested. Physician's Office has reached out to me twice in two days in earnest to get the referral completed but they nor I have had any further contact with Saad, despite my calls over the past few days. I want to thank each and every person I came to know here, for the outstanding care, kindness and compassion that was given to not only my brother, but to my husband and I for the 6 days we experienced til my brother passed.
