Used a gift certificate & chose hydrodiamond facial + dermaplane by Suzan Hu. She was great & enjoyed results. Place was less spa and more retreat, cozy. Professional and pleasant atmosphere
I went to the Retreat today for a spa day with two of my friends and we truly had the best time. The atmosphere was amazing, the treatments were great, and all of the amenities were exactly as described. All three of us thought it was very well paced and scheduled, and the staff were incredibly nice. As soon as we left we discussed when we could return. I cannot recommend the Retreat enough!
Originally was disappointed by a phantom appointment that I had been looking forward to, but Jill and the retreat/mockingbird team went above and beyond to remedy this situation! I was supposed to be booked for today at 5 at retreat and due to a glitch in the system my appt didn’t go through and there was no space for me.
