Great leasing agents, beautiful complex, large apartments, loved the large closets, parking in front of your own complex never happens, several "lazy" dog owners,my AC/ furnace runs non stop, no matter what the temperature is set at, which makes my electric bill outrageous, the renew contract is a joke, moved in October with children looking forward to the pool. it's now July and pool is still not open. I planned to renew, but cant wait to move now.
RecommendedI've been a resident here for about 4 years, and I'm always happy to relax by their pool shaded by the trees. Not a bad view of a pond and gazebo! Management is always looking out for improvements, new projects, and ways to make us feel like a close community!
We’ve lived here for about 6 months and I think my favorite part is all the safe surrounding areas to walk my dog!😁
I have been living here over a year now. I don't consider myself a city person, but I like this place alot. staff is great!
Take pictures of everything cover your butt, or you will get charged for every little thing when you move out , and won’t get deposit back and you will be owing them money . Also if you have any issues with tenants that the office isn’t taken care of call corporate office , and you should always call Titan or police so everything is documented. Could not wait to leave. I feel it is a secret and a lot of people don't know about it I didn't I've lived in Kansas City pretty much all my life I feel like I am in a resort
We stayed here for 1 year, the staff is friendly , maintenance people are good. On the other hand seen lot of car and home break in . Have a personal incident where some broke in our car and took away valuables. Not safe for family's. And last but not the least full of spiders.
Decent apartment, good location and I had 0 troubles until I moved out. I was not told that I needed to write an intent to vacate the apartment at the end of my lease, and since I got it in 5 days late, I would need to pay an extra $125.00. Petty, talked to management. Nothing they could do which is total BS. I loved this apartment itself, but the management is not worth dealing with. When I told them this is taking my rating from a 5 to a 1, they said do what you need to do. No help. GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
