RecommendedIt is just so peacefull and if you have any problems arise as long as you communicate with them they will work with you to the best of their capabilities
Moved here in May, everything has been pretty great. Besides the pool not being open all summer, don't really have any complaints. I love the walking trails and the maintenance people are quick with responses and work. I guess if I could change one thing, it would be the fitness center, updates on equipment could be beneficial.
I recommend the Retreat at Walnut Creek because I love the location and I love being in the woods, surrounded by trees. we are really close to the highway and also far enough away from the city that we have peace and quiet! There are lots of great walking trails so my dogs always get plenty of exercise without being next to a busy street. Love it here.
Love the location for the price. maintenance responds within a few days and staff is friendly!
I moved into The Retreat back in August and I do love the views here, along with the fact that it has a balcony. They have free parking optional, and they are only a 10 minute drive from downtown KC. For the price, it is a great deal. I will say, this is an older apartment, so that comes with some cons (although maintenance has done a great job at fixing anything in our apartment). Great location. I love the floor pkan, woodburning fireplace, closet space and the balcony t bgg at is accessible from all rooms.
They are thieves. The place is disgusting the management is horrible. The place is dirty. They steal your deposits and it’s a horrible place to be. We are suing them for every penny they took out of a bank account they had no authority to do. Do t rent here!!!!!!! They show you one place and then give you a dive. They don’t clean up the property at all. The worst experience renting ever!!!!!
I got out as soon as my lease ended. After numerous complaints to leasing office/management regarding my situation and was told that they would take care of it, they did not. Now, they are trying to double dip into getting more money: first taking what was left of my security deposit to pay for pet carpet odors (which I had complained about when I first moved due to the pet hair that was everywhere and they DID not do anything about it) and then charge me for the rest, which I paid in the portal, they then proceeded to file ... read more
