very unprofessional staff, apartments full of bugs, finally when you move you get charged extra fees to replace the whole carpet in the townhouse even only one carpet has stain . overall when you call their manager she hang up on you and talk to you very unprofessionally . had to move after 10 months and pay the buy out fees because could not stand the amount of bugs lives there .
I liked the property but not the staff. Dalton forgot to leave a key for me when I moved in and it took over 2 months to get my gift card. I also got the run around when I needed additional information from him. I guess that's why they chose not to renew me since my 6 month lease went from $1100/mth to $2880/mth. Hate to move but they leave me no choice.
