The apartments are very dated for price. Community is nice but the grounds are not neat and the repairs are messy and patchy.

I love being here! I am close to work and anything else that I need. The staff are so nice and helpful! I feel very welcome here and at home.
Quiet and homey neighborhood.
Our apartment flooded on 9/12. Carpet was absolutely soaked and it took them over 24 hours to turn off the main line. They had plumbers come in and had to reroute the plumbing, forming 4 holes in our wall/ceiling and making a huge mess. It has been 10 days and they still haven’t repaired the holes or replaced the carpeting. They simply shampooed it and put an air blower down. Beautiful community with an exceptional team!
Worse year of my life... flooded from upstairs apt. twice, sewer backup twice and bugs, spiders etc. Only thing good is the matinence staff and they are over worked and probably underpaid. Some office staff are great but the ones that count are useless.
Poor maintenance and sheer negligence.
Beautiful community, excellent staff, spacious apartments!! This has been one of the best apartment living experiences I've had thus far. Living in Germantown is a nice plus too!
