I had the opportunity to visit and view an appointment at Retreat at Crosstown. The staff was excellent and very informative with what they have to offer. It's definitely a community I'd like to live in. It's convenient to so many things one would need access to. I work at coca cola and it's a stones throw to my work. It's very nice...
Honestly, bless Tasha! We spent the day touring a few different properties, but Tasha made us feel right at home immediately. She was so vibrant and really made the decision to choose our new home easy. She walked us through everything while we were there. It was nice to see the apartment we were actually wanting instead of a model made to impress. I’m very thankful for Tasha and the entire experience. I’m very happy with our choice!
Tasha at the office needs a raise EXPEDITIOUSLY. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received from anyone, in any industry ever. She made me feel welcomed, as soon as my partner and I entered, inquiring about moving into the complex. She was kind, down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly, answered all of my questions, treated me like I was family and made me feel seen, welcomed, respected, and appreciated! The leasing agent was amazing. She was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable.
Tasha Herbert was exceptional with me, as I forgot my keys and was locked out! It was closing time and she walked me to my apartment and let me in! She is the best and I’m always truly grateful for her service 😊.
