Tasha has the best attitude and has the willingness to help. Everybody else needs to work on their customer service skills, work on their positive attitude, and say hello, good morning, good afternoon, etc. Whenever I have a question I try to go to Tasha first.
Maintenance tech was courteous, knowledgeable and finished quickly!
So, I’ve encountered a lot of leasing agents shopping for apartments, and let me just say Tasha is the only one who was vibrant, friendly, and made me feel welcomed touring the apartments. She answered all the questions I had, and was very knowledgeable too. So much so that I decided to apply for an apartment, and Tasha was great with communicating and helping with paperwork process too.
