I was excited when contacting the Retreat Apartments but, the welcome we received just coming in to get on waiting list was down right disrespectful. They were out until noon okay, we were outside staff on inside knew this. We come into office, a african american woman in one office, another staff member comes out , stating can she help us. They'll hit you with countless charges when you move out that you should not have to pay. They are very sneaky with how they try to charge for things. In addition, the pool is a hole in the ground. In May, they told me it would be filled in 2 weeks and when I moved out in August it was still a dirty eye sore. Go to Normandy Village down the street, I've heard MUCH better things.
