I been a resident for six years in Canterbury retreat apartments I have never had a problem getting a work order did or a problem solve in all my 6 years miss Tori, Miss Lindsey, And miss Ruth I just love to death our old Maintenance Mike literally they get the job done it’s a lot to deal with being in they position and people have to understand that their job is not easy. I’VE BEEN HERE FOR 11 YEARS GOING ON 12 YEARS , THESE EMPLOYEES THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE AS OF MANAGER AND THE ASSISTANT DO NOT CARE ABOUT ONE THING OTHER THAN PAYING THE RENT AND ALLOWING OTHER RESIDENTS MAKE ALL THE NOISE THEY WANT WITH NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS WHO PAY RENT!…. Worst apartment building ever. Do not come here they charge crazy fees and they don’t fix anything. The minute you try to get something fix they want to blame you for it and try to evict you over anything. I waited 5 months to get my dishwasher fix it was leaking and had black mold inside it. Plus the ceiling leaking toilet water from the apartment above me. The assistant manager Tori doesn’t care about anything except making your life harder she is an ignorant person.
