The retreat Apt has an infestation of bed bugs and they won't tell anybody about it
They don't fix anything. It's horrible. They sit around.
It is going way downhill from when I first moved in. Maintenance is spotty at best. It takes weeks to get anything done. Too much shady things going on at main pool after hours.
I lived there from 2009 - 2013. I liked the apartment overall as well management.
