Facing a problem with lease renewal.. renewal is not being shared before 60 days but expect to give notice of 60 days.. how can we decide without seeing the lease renewal notice !!
RecommendedJust moved in. But so far everything is going incredibly well. The unit was nice and clean. I can’t hear any noise from the neighbors in either side. And Khari in the office was incredible with getting everything taken care of.
it seems my review was deleted will I can say I lived here for 2 years and they lost my rent money, the manager a BITCH!!! and my daughter bike got stolen, and this apartment next to a high school so the kids from the school would hang here at the pool gym and they were so loud, not to mention one of the kids stole the maintenance master key from his little cart so they had to change everyone locks that day.. oh and some kids broke into my car the office don't care..... don't live here unless your willing to pay for BS fee
I have loved this place it’s quite. The staff is great I always get immediate responses to all my work tickets. An yeah with just two woman we put in a few an they always have a response by the next day when I get home. The lady’s at the office have gone out of their way to call me an let me know something when I’ve asked. The grass is always cut the pool is always clean and the fitness center is fantastic something for everyone to work out. I don't know how you could have such a difference in ratings. Many 5 star ratings as well as 1 star ratings. Perhaps it has more to do with our perspectives and attitudes than anything.
