Honestly a really good place to call home for a while. Great amenities, washer and dryer in unit, great lobby area for residents, and a 24 hour gym. Pool area is amazing with fire pits and grills. There is out door And garage parking as well as reserve parking spots too. You are not assigned a spot here so parking is fair game, but I never had a problem finding a spot. I recently moved in to The Retreat. I want to give special thank you to Leasing Agent Morgan Bartosek. Morgan was extremely helpful, courteous, respectful and eager to help with questions I had. Morgan answers the phone when I call and answers my emails in a very timely manner. Form the get go, I can see I made the right choice in renting from The Retreat and they should be very thankful to have someone like Morgan working for them.
Justine is the best and the maintenance team is amazing! Edit : The issue I have is more so with poor communication, sometimes misleading information really did not even want to go into the office on most days do not feel the most welcomed
This apartment is far from “The Retreat” and honestly the worst places I’ve ever lived in. The low deposit may seem attractive at first, but don’t let it fool you. My husband and I left the apartment very clean, with no pets or kids, and even the inspector said it looked good, yet management still charged us almost $1000 for paint and cleaning. Sunday was a great morning had breakfast in the lounge with Morgan Justine and patty, and other residents. Love living there it’s a great place to live.
