I think that Morgan is great at the leasing office she definitely deserves a promotion. She is always clear communication, pretty helpful and knowledgeable. The complex its self could use improvement. Update: by improvement I mean spiders/ roaches in the hallways
Submitted a maintenance request in the morning. Someone came by in the afternoon, and resolved the issue. That was fast! They were very professional and friendly. It’s great to know things are addressed quickly.

Lived here 3 months and it’s been a nightmare due to constant noise affecting comfort and sleep. Paper-thin floors/ceilings mean I hear every footstep and pet running/scratching from upstairs. Thin walls let conversations and TV bleed through from neighbors. Highway traffic rumble is loud 24/7 with zero sound barriers. I’ve complained multiple times, offered to pay all costs for an internal transfer to a quieter unit—and management still won’t allow it. No real solutions offered.
