Good Doctors and office staff but worthless patient portal and difficult to message Dr for eye drop medications. Call line is not useful and no direct contact for Woodbridge site.

Worst scheduling staff. Annapolis location. I called to make an appointment and the woman, who wasn't speaking clearly, hang up on me after I asked if she could repeat the question. -\-\-\-\-\-\ update: Annapolis staff member called me the next day to arrange an appointment. Turned out that the person who I spoke to earlier might not be the front desk at the Annapolis location since I called the switchboard number. Excellent service at the Capitol Hill office and the Greenbelt office...wonderful staff and Doctors....so compassionate and truly caring. Still very scared for my operation but believe I'll be in good hands....
I love Dr. Vakharia and the tech today who ran all the tests (sorry I didn't get your name.) Just two small things I don't like--one is having CNN on in the waiting room (I would prefer silence or at least not CNN.) Second is another patient came in and turned on her tablet with audio. So I had conflicting audio from both sides. I did finally tell her please to stop and she did, but most medical offices I know prohibit this in the first place.
In Annapolis the staff were really great. I have another appointment in 8 week and am not apprehensive at all. They have put me at ease. Thank you Dr.Vakharia
