Five Star for Dr. Bavinger . . . he was great, and the surgery was a success. As for the 1 star, I have never given one before. Let me just say 2 things about how the Retina Group is run: 1. This is how business in America is run today, and that's a shame. 2. "We're fed up Arnold, and were not going to take it anymore!"
A couple of months ago, I was seen by Dr. Rachel Mogil. She was very rude and abrupt. She conducted unnecessary tests and failed to diagnose my nearsightedness (I didn’t mention it to her, but I wanted to assess the diagnostic quality). I do not recommend visiting the clinic, but If you must go there, request a different doctor.
1st Review: This is by far 1 of worst eye doctors in the area, not because the doctors are bad but because Dr. Spellman over books his patients. I'm not saying the doctor shouldn't try to make money but you can not have folks waiting for 3 to 5 hours when they have an appointment. And I mean every appointment since I've been dealing with them. I have never been to a doctor where everyone there is complaining about how they had to spend the whole day in the office only to see the doctor for 15 to 20 minutes. It's ridiculous a... read more
If you respect your time and yourself. Don't waste your time. I had a 10:15 appointment. Got here 10am. Over 2.5 hours still haven't seen doctor. They have 1 doctor for this entire establishment. They need to tell people. I don't think anyone would schedule if they knew it would be this long. Better off driving to another location that is further out . At least based on their reviews it will be a quicker service. They worried more about getting your insurance information and copay than yours experience. Shut this place down ... read more
