Professional, friendly staff. Doctor Haung was professional, answered my questions.
Would never recommend. Called in for an eye infection and received the rudest phone service ever. I was transferred to a tech to help diagnose my symptoms but sounded like I interrupted her at home. She was curt and irritated. I was transferred back to the front desk and told to buy an over the counter allergy medicine. How could they tell it was an allergy? The reception staff, medical assistants, and doctor J. Mingyi Huang are wonderful! The reception staff is friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and accommodating. They answered all my insurance questions, rescheduled my visits when I have a conflict, and have started to remember me and my mom when we come in. There is a wait sometimes, but the process is set up efficiently from the checkin, through all the examinations, and treatment. Doctor Huang is a treasure.
