Louies is unbelievable I have been going to Louies for most of my life. It is pizza only. They make pizza the way it should be. Fresh dough everyday and they prepare their own toppings. My favorite is the fresh tomato and basil. And they cook it just how you want it. It is a small place, best for take out. And because they make the dough fresh every day when the dough is gone they close up, usually around 7:30. They used to be open only at night but about 6 months ago they opened up for lunch. I wouldn't get my pizza anywher... read more
