High rent for low quality is an understatement. The walls are so thin you can hear everything on all sides of you. The hallways smell of trash, weed, and cigarettes, yet this is a no smoking complex. I've continuously complained about the loud bass coming from my neighbor and nothing has been done. I will not recommend this place to anyone relocating. The 5 out of 5 reviews are a joke.
I don't know... (Verified Renter) I don't know about other apartment options in the area, but $2,180 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment is on the expensive side.
High rent, low quality apartments, and horrible management. Numbers don't lie-- too many vacant apartments and people are moving out by the masses. Save yourself the headache and find another apartment. Not entirely sure who these people are rating this place 5 stars, but OK. I guess it's OK to have stains on the carpet, hallways reaking of marijuana odors, dog urine and dog feces, and oh yea, only cleaning hallways once every three months 😒. "Beautiful" my rear end. This place is garbage.
The bathtub in... I love everything... (Verified Renter) I love everything about this community.. I love the staff the cleanliness and I also like the convenientiness of the shopping centers and the quitiness. I love the apartment, townhome and roadhouse layout ..
There was some... (Verified Renter) There was some detriment to the location of the complex - so close to Route 45 and Granite City noise and odors.
Multiple reasons why... (Verified Renter) Multiple reasons why I would recommend; between the useful (no wasted space) layout options, the amenities (and their upkeep), the finishes (well appointed), the location and the community has a more family like atmosphere which fits our needs perfectly.
