Multiple reasons why... (Verified Renter) Multiple reasons why I would recommend; between the useful (no wasted space) layout options, the amenities (and their upkeep), the finishes (well appointed), the location and the community has a more family like atmosphere which fits our needs perfectly.
The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff is great. They are top notch, professional, and very organized. They were a very big help, and I would recommend anybody that I know.
This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a higher-end, safe community, with great amenities. We enjoy the community events, in which we get an opportunity to interact with other residents on a more social basis.

Maintenance isn't an... (Verified Renter) Maintenance isn't an issue, but the kids running amok w/o supervision is at times. I also didn't appreciate the midnight basketball game last month. I also think tenants need to put away their garbage/recycling cans on no garbage days.
