As of current resident of Diamond Hill and paying FULL RENT this apartment complex is the worst, first time I move in the apartment was infested with roaches, bed bugs infesting all my furniture and causing my daughter to anemia due to the bed bug infestation no AC working in July is crazy recently they just replaced the unit finally after putting for almost of 2.5 years of misery with ac breaking every other month and as far of the infestation; they only took actions once I took alive bed bug into their office.
