Property owner is in debt!!! DO NOT move here they are cutting our water in a week or 2 this place is horrible and needs to be condemned to hell im surprised people are still living here with all the rumors going around so just please take heed to what im saying make sure you read about this property before making any final decisions because this has been the worst year and half of my life
Management rude and snappy when residents try to get any type of assistance from them. Also fines but never can fix any REAL issues as I can see in these reviews me and my family aren’t the only ones being impacted by this. The lady explained she has to come out of pockets for everything to be fixed here but that’s more of a personal problem than a resident issue. The man that is also management likes to make rude comments about apartment upkeep and blames tenants for any rodent ,mold ,or pest issues.
I have been trying to get into contact with getting my deposit back and noone is there kr answers the phone or email. Update, deposit not returned, phone calls not returned, and told I wasn't getting deposit back even with proof of all the damage before I moved in that wasn't fixed, then subsequent correspondences were not returned, it's been nearly 2 years I got better things to do but I won't recomend anyone live here. between wood rats, damaged units and lack of any repairs when requested. We’ve been here almost 2 years and it’s been a living hell , maintenance requests have been completely ignored management is no where to be found emails don’t get responded to. I’ve had a request just sitting there for over 2 weeks now no one answers the phone our hot water heater has to be constantly reset which is very annoying when you have to shower wash dishes etc. The property is filled with dog shit because no one cares and no action is taken , they want to charge you for this and that but can’t complete simple reques... read more
I stayed over there for two years and I haven’t received none of my security back. All they do is lie to you I have been to the office out there and have talked to the lady and I have talked to the head man and he gonna tell me to request for my security deposit. I never heard no shit like that before I advise no one to live over there because they’re not gonna give you Your security deposit back to you they gonna lie to you.
