I would not recommend living at Historic Alcoa. My experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially considering the cost of living here. The building has had no heat on at least 13 separate occasions, and my apartment window has never worked properly. Despite paying over 1300$ a month in rent, the amenities are poor and not well maintained. Utility costs are outrageous.
