Very POOR MANAGEMENT! The rental office staff will put your application to the side for their family members. Don’t respond to no emails nor text. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPLEX
I don’t reside here, however I applied to these apts and tour them twice and I was told that the apt was mine (twice by two different people) I turned all the papers in I signed all papers. I was told I could move in in May 2025. I went last week there to get an update for the move and now I am told that there’s nothing available. No one returns phone calls, I am now stuck with no apt and no where to move. Also the leasing person no longer works there.
I do NOT recommend…please look elsewhere.
I would like to thank Ms. Cruz for all her hard work and dedication, she has outstanding customer service skills. I would like to tell the Manager that this young lady is an asset to The Residences at St. Elizabeth East. P.S. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!
