I toured The Residence at South High and really enjoyed the experience. The community is so unique, with a variety of different floor plans, and I love how they’ve kept the character of the school intact. Each unit felt special, and the mix of history and modern living makes this place stand out.
Like other recent reviewers here, I was a long time resident that moved out under management from Red Tail Residential. Highly disorganized management with a ton of turnover. Poor communication regarding just about everything. Very hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. Very high water/sewage bills that will seemingly spike for no apparent reason.
