THAT ITS A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT I LOVE THE LADIES REBECCA AND DANA ARE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL BOTH OF THEM WERE VERY WELCOMING I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING TO LOOK AT THESE PLACES OR THEIR OTHER PROPERTIES I CAN SEE ME BEING A LONG TIME RESIDENT ITS JUST BEAUTIFUL HERE AND EVERYONE SEEMS SO FRIENDLY MAINTENANCE FIX THINGS RIGHT AWAY FROM MY EXPERIENCE I LOVE THIS PLACE
I really liked the building and my apartment was great. But the entire summer my apartment was without air conditioning and got up to 90 degrees inside. Nothing was done about it for months. The worst part of my experience was the people who moved in who let their animals use the halls and elevator like their personal bathrooms. It was absolutely vile and the ammonia smell was a biohazard to everyone. This place had potential but management wouldn’t step in when they needed to.
SO FAR IT SEEMS OK BUT MY BLINDS WILL NOT CLOSE SO I WILL BE UP ALL NIGHT BECAUSE I CAN NOT SLEEP WITH THEM OPEN ALSO I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE LOT IS TO PARK AND KEY FAUB DOES NOT WORK I HAVE TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE TO GET IN I DID NOT KNOW WHEN MY FOOD CAME BECAUSE IM NOT HOOKED UP TO THE BUZZER YET OTHER THAN THAT ITS A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT I LOVE IT IT WAS EASY MOVING IN THERE ARE CARTS FOR YOU TO USE I LIKE IT JUST THESE MINOR THINGS ARE THE ISSUES I HAVE THE LADIES REBECCA AND DANA ARE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL BOTH OF T... read more
I toured The Residence at South High and really enjoyed the experience. The community is so unique, with a variety of different floor plans, and I love how they’ve kept the character of the school intact. Each unit felt special, and the mix of history and modern living makes this place stand out.
