Crooks!! Watch out! You WILL lose your deposit no matter what. They will find a reason. If you have a dog you will be charged for pet urine, even if your dog haven’t peed inside in a decade. Also, you are in trouble if you simply use the kitchen appliances. We lived there for 1 year and cooked dinner almost every night. According to management this meant they NEEDED TO REPLACE the stovetop and charge us for it. It’s ridiculous, it needed nothing but a cleaning. The location location location. Easy access and many ways to beat the traffic. Great neighborhood and well appointed apt. Love the butterfly security system! Very clean and very new! so convenient to Downtown delray. 5 min to beach and shopping is so convenient.
They have really large bran new apartments in a quiet setting near all of the good shopping and downtown Delray Beach
Beautiful and well maintained community. Location is great too.
