Excellent experience across the board. Jada was incredibly helpful and accommodating, her professionalism and customer service made the decision to choose CityWay an easy one. We walked in off the street without an appointment and she was able to accommodate us. The unit is perfect for our needs and the process could not have gone better.
We had a maintenance request and Will responded in a timely manner, was helpful and was a pleasure to talk to.
Cityway has been an awesome place to live. Everyone who works here seems to enjoy it, which can't be said for other apartment complexes in the area that I've dealt with. In dealing with my most recent maintenance request, Will was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Give that man a raise!
The leasing office did a good job an was very helpful throughout the entire process!
Not a nice place. Good ads. Pool is filthy and covered in bugs and mildew where its slippery to walk or touch- not like its been cleaned in weeks maybe. Elevators broken. Workers moving apartments rude. Got panhandled immediately.
