Not a nice place. Good ads. Pool is filthy and covered in bugs and mildew where its slippery to walk or touch- not like its been cleaned in weeks maybe. Elevators broken. Workers moving apartments rude. Got panhandled immediately.
Decent overall and mostly professional, but it takes maintenance a very long time to fix issues around the property. Overall, I am happy, but honestly, I think it is just a huge property and they don't hire enough people.
The leasing agent, Jada Brown, was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable on the property and easily answered all of our questions. Jada was very helpful when picking out which floor plans to tour and what best fit our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us. I highly recommend scheduling a tour with her! We look forward to becoming residents, thanks to Jada!
The walk way smells like urine too much because they allow animals, it sinkis so bad. The grass and shrubbery is struggling to survive from all the animal urine.
