Couldn’t be any happier or any more proud to live here I moved from Florida and shoutout to Dustin the district manager and Jordan the leasing director for making it a smooth easy transition into a wonderful city where a vehicle is not needed . Just hop right on a scooter and enjoy a fun filled day then come on back to CityWay to rest up . Would recommend to anybody 10 out of 10 . Maintenance is on point with everything they do and top tier service .
Second time living here. The apartments are nice, but the parking situation is terrible. Residents wait 30+ minutes just to leave the garage, even after parking pass were raised. Traffic flow is still very bad.
