I’ve enjoyed living at CityWay. Devante and the rest of the staff have been very helpful coordinating tours, move-in, and any other questions/concerns along the way. Has been a great experience!
My experience at CityWay has been great! The spaces are clean, modern, and cater to a variety of lifestyles with their various layouts. The amenities is what sold it for me, as well as the location. I worked with Devante, and he made the process easy and efficient!
My experience with the team has been excellent. They are always responsive, quick to address and resolve any issues, and consistently professional, polite, and kind in their interactions. From the office staff to the parking garage attendants and valet trash team, everyone is friendly, helpful, and does their jobs well. No apartment community is ever completely perfect, but this team comes very close. DO NOT USE THIS place. We spent several thousand dollars to stay here for a family vacation. They claim to be wheelchair accessible but they are NOT wheelchair/handicapped accessible. Their elevators don’t even work and we had to push my husband up and down the parking ramp just to get to other rooms or carry him in his wheelchair down the stairs. Devante made our move to downtown Indy seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to help us find exactly the place we were looking for. Highly recommend CityWay to those looking for a great community and place to live!
