Moving in to the Residences as a first year student was a breeze. The process was smooth and stress free, and when it came time to transfer apartments within the building once my lease expired, the transition was just as easy. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the property manager, Justin, is especially communicative and kind. I'm very happy to live and study here, I highly recommend it.
Justin is so helpful and answers all my questions !! Best property manager, the staff also is so helpfully with dropping off packages & letting me into my apartment whenever I get locked out they are so great!!
Office staff are all very helpful; living here has been a great experience.
Justin has single handedly made this place feel like home. If you are attending southwestern you should highly consider living here.
The property manager and all of the custodians do an excellent job providing affordable, clean housing in Koreatown
