Well just moved in on 11/15/24,Cant use the stove. Put in 3 work orders and nothing. So far, bad. I will be going to ********** to fix it myself. No peephole or door number. Ill put the numbers on myself and buy a ring camera so I can see whos at the door. Shower will not turn off, no hot water in the shower unless I turn on the sink faucet, smh. This apartment is bad from the start. I just moved to these apartments and 1. The manager is never available. 2. All the extra fees that were not discussed before signing my lease are even touring the property. Im being charged for a thing called fetch and dont know what it is.
