I love living here, its perfect for my little family. it has its faults but its something new and like everything else it will take time to adjust and work out the flaws.
I think this place is very much needed here in Great Bend, KS and they have been very helpful in getting us through the paperwork process and try to get us approved!
25440 maximum you can make? That's dumb, and even worse if u want a roommate its 29000 combined. That means if you both work full time jobs, you can only both make 7.50 an hour. They said these houses would be for young professionals and teachers, with those restrictions it is just more low income housing for great bend.
