drugs, vandalism, WORST management ever! poorly built places needs to be shut down! SO glad we moved after MONTHS AND MONTHS of complaints to the management and nothing being done.
My friend jumped through all their hoops to get approved but was declined because her income info didn't come from Social security in time. Then they avoided her calls and emails and cashed her $300 deposit check which she was told she'd get back. That's illegal but apparently they do what they want there. There is a high turnover for a reason people. Don't get involved!
Do not rent from this place it may be new but the manager is rude and she enters your apartments without giving you a notice like she is supposed to do. She also is constantly harassing renters. She makes deals with you knowing it is not permitted but then goes back on her word. The new owners need to relieve her of her duties and hire someone that will have good rapor with the tennants and up coming tennants.
