They have the best staff and maintenance staff here.
Mom and pop property Managment company. Very low brow. Stay away. There are better places to rent. Their idea of “luxury” apartments are black appliances in the kitchen with vinyl flooring that looks like wood and cheap laminate countertops. Lol.
I've in better for a lot cheaper. 2 stars.

Would not recommend. Lived there for two years. Never had any complaints. Always paid my rent on time. Paid for a “greenway view” which was basically 15 feet of unkempt grass and mud and a ditch. Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors toilets flush and pipes banging around, along with most of your neighbors conversations and sexual exploits.
