Chelsea Craig is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations when moving into my new apartment. There were a few issues upon moving in and she made sure maintenance came out the following day and took care of everything. I appreciate everything she has done so far and look forward to the months to come! Thanks Chelsea- You’re the best!!!
I have had a great experience so far. The property manager has been exceptional since our move in. Everything we have made Maintenance request about have been addressed. I might add that I do work in the property management field so I have patience with the staff because I understand how an office at apartments run. I do not work for this property management company or this property as it could possibly become a conflict of interest. I have lived here 2 1/2 years. It just get worse and worse. My stairwell is so filthy. Mold on the railing . They have not power washed in over 2 years. My deck is covered in algae as all the desks are. Asked them to power wash a year ago but didn’t happen. My apartment requires so many repairs. As they continually change management teams it gets worse. The only good thing is the rent is reasonable but I heard a rumor it’s going up and it won’t be worth it.in my building alone there has been 7 robberies and at least 6 cars d... read more
