I have been dealing with water damage since October 31st when I reported it.The ceiling started to form small spots and it’s gotten worse over time. I waited about 2.5 weeks for them to repair the leak and then they closed it without inspecting the ceiling for any mold build up or painting to the ceiling.It’s been 2 months now and they still haven’t fixed it.

My experience here wasn’t the best at all. But the leasing agent Marquis always came through when I needed him. When the office LOST my first month’s rent payment and tried to say when I was moving out that I didn’t pay it, Marquis was able to find that payment and fix the issue. Marquis did what his property manager and assistant property manager didn’t want to do which was WORK TO FIX THE ISSUE. Thank you Marquis.
Being a Resident at the. Reserves. Jorge was very understanding when I couldn't get my portal up to pay my monthly rent he stayed after hours to help me get up and running!! I was forever grateful he stayed yo help. PROVIDENCE ROCKS!
Loved the location period complex was very work oriented no stragglers or wild kids or adults can’t wait to return hope you guys will have s place for me in 2020 had to leave because of injuries due to a car accident

At first I was pleased with The Reserve at Providence, after living here for three months I have to say I really should have looked around more. The leasing staff are very unprofessional. If a tenant request to speak with the property manager she should not be told by leasing staff that the property manager told her to handle my situation.
