I love it here, everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's close to work and everything to do! Max has always been a smiling face and Justin is responsive to work orders and the office staff is so nice. Honestly wouldn't want to live anywhere else, they care about their community and residents! #ilovethereserveatkentonplace
Great apartment and great people. My neighbors have been great and management has been very helpful. The moving process was effortless and being next door to the gym was a plus. I definitely recommend anyone to check it out! Feels like home when you see familiar faces in the office that remember your name.
An amazing place! Love the staff, and the fact that I can walk to the shops!!!
Nothing better than walking to dinner and walking back home. Love the granite, dark cabinets, and my favorite, the blinds! I'm happy here.
I hate this place you can't have family visit they say quite time 10pm 8am really people stomp all night dogs bark all the time valaet thrash not on Fri and Sat wish I could change my lease
While change in Management took some adjusting on the residents they seem to have gotten settled and are much more helpful. Happy that everything seems to be running smoothly and the front office girls have more helpful and friendly
