I like the new manager Dillon—-he’s made a lot of improvements with new carpet and a cleaning service—but I don’t think Ashley or Matt help much!! One person cannot manage a property this large alone!! The entry ways should be checked on the outside after hard rains, there is not enough chlorine in the pool and there must be something wrong with the filtering system —it’s never clean enough!! Mostly clean, quiet, safe, reasonable cost. Maintenance is usually very quick to resolve issues. Pest control issues are minimal. Warning: The office closes early quite often and without warning. Sometimes opens late, takes some days off without notice and will lock down if touring with a customer but be gone for far longer than advertised in the away sign. I’m currently standing outside the locked offices with another resident 15 till closing time.....again.
We just sold our home and leased an apartment here until we find another home to buy. We absolutely love it here! Dylan, the property manager is amazing! Our apartment is beautiful! I’ve seen lots of negative reviews on here but I personally don’t have any regrets renting here. The apartment rooms are nice - yes. But the staff is rude. Shows absolutely NO respect to their residents. First, we had bugs in our apartment and contacted them and they kept putting it off. We reported to Corporate and they finally took action. Secondly, the pools are open. We brought our puppy there, and they sent an email saying no dogs at the pool and threatened to kick us out if they even see another dog near the pool area. Now, cats are allowed apparently. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I REPEAT, NEVER EVER RENT HERE!!! IT’S AN OVERPRICED NIGHTMARE!!!! Number one, it’s filthy!! The buildings are disgusting and never cleaned, the ceilings are peeling in the stairwell from severe water damage and have had holes due to collapse from water, carpets are stained, trash and debris all over, pet waste stations overflow and bags aren’t refilled often, and the hallways smell like mold/mildew. Absolutely loved living here! The staff is fantastic and super caring. They take pride in the buildings and making this place home for their residents. The location is super convenient to the interstate and TONS of shopping in Birkdale. LOVE it here !
I do not recommend moving here. The leasing agent showed us the model and said our other units look just like this model. That was a straight up lie. There are only a few units that have the same floor plan as the model. The main difference is the height of the ceilings and the up keep. Most hallways are dirty and have a strong trash smell. They leasing office does not keep up the buildings. I would recommend moving somewhere else.
