You can literally never get a human on the phone. Everything seems to be broken 24/7. ROACHES. DOG CRAP. BROKEN GLASS. CIGARETTE BUTTS. EVERYWHERE. UPDATE (10/17) : Still no humans on the phone. Moved out about 4 months ago now, and I receive a call from a debt collector regarding the reserve at forest hills. They never once attempted to contact me regarding this bill, so beware before they attempt to ruin your credit.
I may be relocating to the area soon. Brittany was very helpful and welcoming during my visit and tour. I plan to live here in the near future!
