The included wifi is so poor quality your better off using your network connection when using your cellphone. or purchasing better quality internet. they never clean the dog park. the doggie bags always run out. the landscapers work at inconvenient hours. the materials in the apartments are cheep linoleum and laminates. the air conditioner freezes daily. the swimming pool is dirty. the game room features two broken pool tables and equipment that has been neglected for years. the tanning bed is always out of service and the g... read more

My daughter has lived here for a year and a half and loves it! Their maintenance team is the absolute best and they have wonderful amenities!
never answer phone in office..been over one week since storm..and no one answers phone...they only have one phone number ..goes to message and they never return call you...have lived here almost 4 years ...answer your phone !!!!!!
Just wish people would pick up after their dogs, the the rules were ACTUALLY enforce and there weren't people threatening to shoot each other AT The Reserve at Forest Hills or hearing gun shots at 5 am (calling the "curtesy officer" results in a wait for a call back...you would think it would be immediate)...then maybe it would be a decent place to live
I love living here! Everyone on staff is so friendly and helpful!
