RecommendedI LOVE living here! The staff is helpful, the beach entry pool is perfect, they put in a dog park which is awesome, I never want to leave!
This place has been my family’s home for 2 years 1/2 now. We love where we stay. Area is always clean. We have a nice front view of the pool area. Our staff are very friendly. Our maintenance guys are doing a great job also. I can truly say it’s a safe place for your family and kids.
The Reserves at 700 is such a nice place to live. From the pool view to the Mountain View! The office staff is always super helpful and extra friendly. It’s is the full package if your looking for a place to live in big spring!!!
I love this place! The apartments are beautiful inside. Spacious apartments, beautiful dark wood floors, corian countertops and lots of colorful flowers and landscape around the apartments. Hands down! The nicest apartments I have seen in the basin, perhaps anywhere.
This place is horrible, management is trash. They over charge for some paint touch up.... when the paint to begin with was really cheap. Management tried to taking picture of our apartment because our dog would wanna go on the balcony and chill there, saying that we treated our dog badly. Just made it really hard to live there.
I'm a bit appalled at how a tenant who has endured two years of noise from lack of appropriate insulation in apartments , constant concerns with gates that don't work in a much publicized " gated community " and a property manager that focuses on the dollar versus loyalty of residents who have been with this community since it opened. Hopefully this wont remain the only option for those of us who work in Big Spring since you hold no loyalty nor regard for people...good luck managing solely by your bottom line and see how lon... read more
I strongly suggest this place to anyone looking for a clean, nice, safe place to live . Management goes above and beyond . My wife & 3 kids are very satisfied with the events Johnny, Misty, & Tony coordinate . They all seem involved & interact with all residents . I assure you this is the best place around !
Best place to live! Clean and well kept. Management staff very professional.
