If you work long hours, don't live here. Management doesn't follow through with their own policies. Amenities are always on repair. Way overpriced for what you get. However, the living space is nice.

the ladies in the office, Courtney and Whitney are amazing. Very nice and helpful. The property is very well maintained and beautiful.
Response time to maintenance request has improved tremendously & management is bettering the apartment complex consistently. Me & my family of four enjoy the pool & park. (Would love it more if the pool hours were extended past 6pm.) The park could most definitely use a swing for the children & benches for adults to sit at so we can monitor our children.

We love it here! It's nice and quiet. Not only are apartments beautiful and they are pretty spacious. My kids also love going to swim in the pool. Management is super helpful if you have any questions or concerns you have. ☺️
We moved here from Midland Pavilion Apartment’s and have lived at The Reserves @ 700 for a year now and we absolutely recommend living here. There was a complete turn over in the office staff when we moved here after new management, but they are all very professional and accommodating. The maintenance crew is unbelievable... they always have a smile and are very hard workers, taking prompt care of any requests we have.
