DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I moved into this apartment expecting a livable, safe space—but from day one, it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. I had to submit multiple work orders immediately upon moving in for issues that should have been handled long before I arrived. The unit was clearly not inspected or prepared after the previous tenant left. There’s extensive water damage throughout the apartment, along with signs of possible mold. I hate this property, worst mistake ever moving in here! Its roach and rat infested, the girl in the office Karen or Karyn or whatever her name is, she is rude and unhelpful. The manager isn't much better because she thinks moving someone into an unturned unit, literally was never cleaned and I had to put in multiple work orders which took forever to do. Hated living here. Roach infestation in the building, found a rat in our unit one night. Our unit (138) had holes in the wall, mold in the bathrooms covered over with cheap paint, and a leaking ceiling, caused by the AC unit’s line being clogged. Our upstairs neighbors were bar tenders and woke us up every night when they would get home from work. You could hear them screaming and playing with fetch their dogs at 3 am.
