DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I moved into this apartment expecting a livable, safe space—but from day one, it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. I had to submit multiple work orders immediately upon moving in for issues that should have been handled long before I arrived. The unit was clearly not inspected or prepared after the previous tenant left. There’s extensive water damage throughout the apartment, along with signs of possible mold.
