Hated living here. Roach infestation in the building, found a rat in our unit one night. Our unit (138) had holes in the wall, mold in the bathrooms covered over with cheap paint, and a leaking ceiling, caused by the AC unit’s line being clogged. Our upstairs neighbors were bar tenders and woke us up every night when they would get home from work. You could hear them screaming and playing with fetch their dogs at 3 am. Went into the front office for a quick question and was welcomed with a warm greeting and great smile from Karyn! If this is the new staff, I’m here for it!
Hated living here. Roach infestation in the building, terrible neighbors and constant staff turnover. ResProp is a terrible property management company.
