The Repair Guys did exactly that, they patched a leak and all of the penetrations in my AC pad area. Since the repair, we are leak free, after multiple monsoonal storms. These guys are the real deal. Ryan and Gino, a war vet, are amazing. The quality of their work is second to none. I took advantage of their value-priced annual roof inspection, which was extremely thorough and detected minor issues, which could turn into bigger problems if not addressed. IF YOU HAVE A FLAT FOAM ROOF, NO NEED TO CALL ANYONE ELSE! This company puts a solid silicone roof over the top of your foam. It is impenetrable and the water beads perfectly. We got one that will last 50 years. I’ll never have to change it or worry about it again while we have this house.
