Seems like there's always something breaking or always fixing stuff in the apartment. Highly disappointed with the amount we're paying just to have water shut off every two months.
Lived here for 2 years. It has it pros, security around the clock and other amenities like pool and utilities included. Cons, the homeless still find a way to enter. There is one homeless man that likes to hid in the garbage room and doing god only knows... I would constantly get sick due to the mold that was painted over but would show its self on our walls anytime it rained. The day I moved out they kept 75% of my deposit stating that the old fridge they gave me was making noises when it was literally the same noise it mad... read more
I enjoyed living here. Tina is an amazing manager and will always help out in any way. She goes above and beyond. Maintenance is always there whenever you have an issue. Great staff overall and the building is nice and beautiful. I'll miss it for sure.
Great apartment overall. Tina has been helpful and compassionate when I’ve had maintenance problems here.
Outside of the building looks great but the amenities are old and out of date. Building manager is sweet and very helpful. Corporate doesn’t follow up on emails or request. Pro: free parking, building security, they fix things. Cons: sauna doesn't work, gym, recreation and are very outdated.
