I enjoyed living here. Tina is an amazing manager and will always help out in any way. She goes above and beyond. Maintenance is always there whenever you have an issue. Great staff overall and the building is nice and beautiful. I'll miss it for sure.
Great apartment overall. Tina has been helpful and compassionate when I’ve had maintenance problems here.
Outside of the building looks great but the amenities are old and out of date. Building manager is sweet and very helpful. Corporate doesn’t follow up on emails or request. Pro: free parking, building security, they fix things. Cons: sauna doesn't work, gym, recreation and are very outdated.
I have lived in this apartment for over 6 years and recently moved out. What I felt while living in this apartment was that the maintenance service was very good. The manager is a Korean woman, and when I had a problem while living in this apartment, she always helped me and tried to solve the problem. Even though she's a manager, she's a person, so there have been few times when she's had an emotional breakdown while talking with me, but she doesn't do what she's supposed to do just because it's happened, and that's never h... read more
I moved in when Covid started 3 years ago and I couldn’t have been more happier! Tina has always been a wonderful manager. Always taking care of me when issues arose and always prompt and punctual. The area is safe and I never felt endangered, they have security on premises. The amenities they include are a great option and I used them all. I had a wonderful time here and would return again as another happy satisfied tenant.
