This place is a joke. I was scheduled an appointment. I showed up for my appointment, paid my copay and was taken back to a patient room. I sat there for an hour until someone finally came to let me know a the Dr wasn't in that day. They could not figure out how to refund me my money but said it would be applied to my rescheduled visit 1 month out. I then had to schedule an appointment with my other dr, go in for an in person visit to get my prescriptions refilled to make it to the next appointment. 2 days before my next sch... read more
I have been going to this place for 3 years and it has slowly gone to crap. The last few times I’ve come I have had to weight an hour and a half just to see the doctor. Today my appointment was at 9:40 and I’ve been waiting to see the doctor for 2 1/2 hours. That’s insane!
They never answer the phone or call you back!
The doctors and staff are amazing. Nice, caring and clean. But don’t never have any appointment problems. If you have an appt make sure you go. And make sure it’s not one that needs rescheduled. It is directed to a call center not the staff. And those people are so unhelpful, nasty and rude. They won’t care if you’re in a crisis. If you ever get a staff member on the phone they will help you. But it’s almost impossible. It’s always a call center. They are extremely rude. They could care less. It’s my only downside.
