I have been going to this place for 3 years and it has slowly gone to crap. The last few times I’ve come I have had to weight an hour and a half just to see the doctor. Today my appointment was at 9:40 and I’ve been waiting to see the doctor for 2 1/2 hours. That’s insane!
They never answer the phone or call you back!
The doctors and staff are amazing. Nice, caring and clean. But don’t never have any appointment problems. If you have an appt make sure you go. And make sure it’s not one that needs rescheduled. It is directed to a call center not the staff. And those people are so unhelpful, nasty and rude. They won’t care if you’re in a crisis. Nothing but a Suboxone factory. They don't care about their patients just getting their money and insurance payouts. Lied to my face multiple times and betrayed my trust doing things behind my back they said they wouldn't. If you just wanna go somewhere to get Suboxone handed out to you it's alright but as far as actual help beyond just being medicated into a zombie FORGET ABOUT IT.
Since coming here i have been getting nothing but the best care and service for my back and knee pain that I've been suffering for years with. I am so greatful for the Doctor's and Staff here, they are really amazing
