Josh is always welcoming and ready to assist. Very professional. I would recommend living here. Location is perfect, just 3 minutes from Walmart ChickFil A, Sam’s and many more. Been here for 8months now. And the maintenance team is always showing up to assist.
Nice community and dog-friendly, but we’ve had ongoing issues with roaches/bugs and management is very slow or unresponsive to resident concerns. Maintenance is friendly, but communication and follow-through from management needs major improvement.
I relocated to Austin from Phoenix. I was here on a visit and looked around the area. I saw this location and thought it may be convenient for what I needed. I was shown one apartment and was told this would be held for me. Once I signed the lease and moved here it was a totally different apartment and also management tried to charge more. 1.We have been living at Marquis Lakeline Station since December 2024. When we moved in, the management knew there were three of us and still placed us in a one-bedroom apartment. I’ve always paid rent on time without any delays. Now, instead of simply renewing my lease, the office says it “does not meet occupancy standards” and requires us to move to a two-bedroom apartment — but without offering the same discounts that new residents receive.
