Well loved older community, totally love my new place and the layout. Left my previous residence after a horrible experience from day one. Etienne hit it out of the park, everything has been amazing. Etienne was with me every step of the way and extremely responsive. It is so quiet here I am having trouble sleeping! My previous residence was full of disrespectful and loud neighbors that I had to drown out with music and fans. The community is clean, and decently modern. I love this community! Allison, Josh and Etienne in the office, and the maintenance team, are all so helpful and friendly. My favorite place here is the pool and cabana!
Hello, to management team. The breezeways are so gross! Especially building 12. People are hanging clothes to dry over patio railings, never have soap in bathrooms by pool, people still have Christmas decor up. Garages and patio railings have peeling paint really bad, tv and fans by pool don’t work… several work orders dismissed. Tint on windows, trash on grounds, dead grass but really just weeds. See pictures below.
