The overall reviews and the three star rating describes exactly how this complex is. My review When this complex was “The Royal” it was so much better service. My family stayed there for 8 years and have seen a numerous number of employees come and go. This last set Joshua and Allison are HORRIBLE. Josh is very snarky and petty. From trying to charge me for the garbage disposal that kept needing repairs mind you it has not been replaced since the apartment complex was built in the early 2000s.
