The first day, had the most perfect sacerac, so went back the second day, got a soda washed Cyanara, it was so horribly watered down, I just walked over to the bar, just returned the drink so they could taste it, didn't even bother to ask to remake it. No self respecting "mixologist" should be that careless. Two people, same bar, worlds apart, one measured precisely, the other "winged it", the result so distinct. Glad to have Bar Centro nearby.
