I wanted to give a review specifically for the management. I moved in earlier this year in January and have lived at this complex actually for a few years prior. I had a lot of issues with the old management team as they were not very friendly or helpful in anyway. The current management team has been nothing but incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. It has not been great at all. I feel like I'm being followed every time I come home. I can't even sleep at my own apartment I don't know for sure but I think it's the guy that lives above me I think he is making my body ill. I almost went to the hospital yesterday because something was attacking my heart everyday. It's something different. It happens 24/7. I can't stay in my apartment very long. Maintenance requests always handled in a timely and professional manner. I recently put in a maintenance request for a sticky door and burnt out light bulb and it was resolved the very next day. Maintenance staff is great!
the quality of service is top notch. the staff is a pleasure to work with and the facility management company is always quick to respond to. special credit to the repair and upkeep staff, who have always impressed me with their professionalism.
It’s been a lil over a year now leasing office has been amazing with what they do in the community maintenance is on it happy with staying here.
