Generally good! Renters beware, not all apartments come with a washer/dryer. Floor plan, amenities, and staff are good.
The five stars are for the maintenance team alone. Wayne in particular has been such a help! He shows that he cares about his job & the people that live here. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. It is dirty, poorly maintained, and the management does not care about the residents. I asked several times for the hallway carpet to be cleaned, and they did absolutely nothing about it. I paid a $500 security deposit when I moved in and, after living here for a full year, I received only $28 back. That is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
