Great community! We loved moving in here for about 10 months after moving from Chicago. The office staff here is amazing- they are very responsive with any problems or requests we had, and super welcoming and friendly. We loved living in this area, as well as the on-site amenities the Regency provides. Definitely recommended!
One of the best properties in North Atlanta We had the pleasure of living here for about 9 months after relocating from Texas and found the experience to be one of the best we've had. Nancy and the staff are very passionate about serving their residents and providing a welcoming environment. Fantastic apartment I really loved living at The Regency for almost one year. It was like living at a resort as I enjoyed the beautiful pool, grill area, Cyber Café and fitness room. It was always especially nice to have a cup of Starbucks coffee in the Cyber Café every day. The staff were always so gracious. I always enjoyed speaking with them. I highly recommend The Regency!
Resident Really nice location great office staff maintenance is great very reliable upstairs neighbor you can hear them walk thats the only down side if you live on the third floor you will be fine I really love living here I will recommend it

Current/previous resident, does it matter? The only thing that matters is the fact that for a community that claims that "it has raised the the bar for upscale living", has set the standard for the best in apartment living" one would think that only middle class citizens or even upper class would be part of the community. It's the total opposite. Even with bad credit a non-potential resident only needs a reliable co-signer. The true disappointment is in the actual building of the property.
