Great place to live We only lived here a couple of months before we purchased our house but while we were here it was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place does anything and everything to please their residents. Very clean and well kept. The maintenance guys are great, respond very quickly and always get the job done. Nightmare of Apartment Living! Poorly built buildings! So far from luxury living! If you don't live on top floor, you'll hear every foot step from neighbors above. Management fails to get any repairs taken care of in a timely manner. Gate was out of order for almost 2 months. Trash piles up outside of cans on weekends and is disgusting. Don't waste your time or money at this property. Horrible experience and just being completely honest!
Very glad to live here, I'm very happy with the location, apartment and apartment staff. This is an apartment building. There are lots of families/people living here, so there's always going to be those few that you just can't avoid. Selfish old guy who takes all the paper cups from the Cyber Cafe room at night, meaning no one has paper cups available for the free Starbucks coffee and cocoa that they have available in the Cyber Cafe? Best Apartment Experience! I moved in over two months ago and have loved it ever since! The staff is professional and always willing to help. I moved from Texas and was very stressed about moving to a new apartment but I have nothing but great things to say about The Regency. The Cyber Café is my favorite - free Starbucks coffee and its always open for those of us who are up early! I've only had to put in one work order but they came that same day. LOVE IT!
Do not take the risk If you have pets, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Within a few months of living here oir dog got fleas. Our dog has always been on flea medicine and we have never had this problem before. After speaking with other pet owners who live and have lived here, their pets all got fleas as well. The center grass areas by the town homes is quote "infested with fleas." Besides fleas we have experienced horrible mold problems. Do not move here! Your healthy along with your animals' is not worth it.
Meh... Property management changed this past summer and it has taken a turn for the worst. The residents that are moving in now are not the type that were here before. The grounds are not kept up very well- it appearsthere may only be the one guy here now, vs the multiple guys who were always here here. As for the office staff- it seems there is a revolving door in there almost every week and they're not all that professional. Have yet to meet the new property manager who has been here since June. Not worth it Do not move here. This apartment complex is the worst, nothing ever gets fixed when it's suppose to if it ever gets fixed at all.
Great Great Apartment I lived there just a little under two years, the one bedroom townhouses with the garage attached are a most see, they are large in side and a beautiful design. The area is completely safe and management is great along with the maintenance guys. I strangely recommend these apartments also if you call or go by there please talk to Nancy Newman the Manager, she is the best manager I have ever ran into I will give her 10 stars great person best manager ever go check out The Regency.
