RENTERS BEWARE! Finding a place to live these days is hard. However do not get roped into renting from Homestead, as well as this property. Having rented from multiple property management companies throughout the years, Homestead is by far the worst! We have been living here 4+ years and I cannot count on one hand how many times management has changed. I love my unit and location however l agree with previous post that management is brutal. I have been dealing with or trying to deal with management since September to get a complaint resolved. I'm not sure who upper management is but they do not care either. I would avoid renting from Homestead due to management or lack of management.
This building is very well kept, and a lot of the credit goes to the superintendent. The superintendent is hardworking, responsive, and takes great pride in maintaining the property. Common areas are always clean, issues are handled quickly, and you can really see the effort put into keeping everything in good condition. It makes living here comfortable and stress-free. Truly appreciate the dedication and care shown every day.
Amazing, fresh paint beautiful colour, top notch cleanliness. Was visiting a friend there today and noticed the building beautiful and well kept.
