DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This is the 4th time sewer has backed up into our apartment. Sewer got all over our carpet and they say they have to schedule a carpet shampooing and it can’t be cleaned today!! Who’s wants sewer left on their carpet???!! Again do yourself a favor and find another place to live! Been here two years and will not be renewing!!
Friendly staff but that’s it. This place is old and needs to remodel they have fleas, cockroaches and ceiling that will leak. Not worth the money and at the end when I left I was expecting them to call me to do a walk through no they go in a charge you for things that weren’t even cleaned for when we moved in. Expect to pay a high electric bill in the summer because the apartments aren’t insulated properly unless you want to sweat while hanging out in your apartment. I would look for other places.
Staff is really helpful. If I have any issue is always taken care of by the end of the day. Location is very convenient to restaurants, pharmacy, gas station and Highways. Cannot complain. I love it here.
For the quality, the price is reasonable for this area. We've never really had any issues except a couple of minor ones with maintenance but you just have to keep reminding them. We've always gotten along well with our neighbors. Love that the community has events during the holidays. We just signed our 3rd lease here and are satisfied with it.
I THINK APTS ARE GOING WAY DOWN HILL CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP THE GROUNDS LOOK LIKE THE GETTO DOG POOP EVERYWHERE AND PEOPLE ARE DUMPING ALL OVER THE ONLY LITTLE GRASS ARE I HAVE took pictures
I love opening my fridge and finding a roach just chilling on my water bottles! I especially love it when I went to the office to complain about the roach problem and was promised to have a weekly spray done but no one ever came I have a leak on my ceiling that is disintegrating my wallpaper and I showed pictures to the guy at the office and said he would send maintenance right away and though maintenance showed up to look at it and claimed they'd come back the next day they never came back. On behalf of every resident that pays for the apartments in the back of the complex in the court yard region. If y'all pay for a courtacy officer (whom was called many times and left messages) at least have them do there job since 11PM may 21,2016 someones car alarm has been going off none stop and it is know 6AM very rediculouse they could have at least shown up run the the plates to try find the resident so the rest of the residents can get some sleep. even if it failed would have been nice to know the tried to fix the iss... read more
