All that and a bag of chips! Food was amazing drinks are amazing and the owners are I mean you get the drift.... amazing! Totally recommend!
We came here after reading it was rated the top restaurant in Tampa. The atmosphere and staff were welcoming. But our food was just “ok” in my opinion. The rabbit sausage was dry, the oyster mushrooms sort of bland and the chocolate cake was so dry. We’d be open to trying this maybe again, but we’re definitely underwhelmed.
Wonderful staff and some of the most amazing flavors in town. Genius.

Definitely enjoyed my experience at The Refinery. Very unique menu, although gluten free options were far from extensive. The outside patio is great and dog-friendly is a huge bonus!
