Best meal I ate in Tampa!
Have visited the Refinery twice now, and the food and service was excellent on both occasions. Our food was a bit late coming out on our second visit, but Peter, the assistant manager, came to our table to apologize and buy everyone a round of drinks. This was a very nice touch and only increased my opinion of the service. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Excellent food. Delicious wine. Spectacular service.
